What's included

How we actually do it

The shaded elevations hold the growth, because they stay damp the longest. We work at low pressure and choose the detergent around what the wall is actually made of, then rinse. The low pressure matters more than people expect. High pressure drives water behind siding and into window seals, and it strips paint. Painted brick, stucco, cedar and Hardie board each want something different, so we match the mix to the material instead of running one blend on every house.

Why it's done this way

The wrong method on the right surface is the most expensive mistake in this trade, and the homeowner is the one who pays for it. We match pressure and chemistry to the material in front of us, every time. If a surface on your property should not be cleaned at all, we will tell you that too.
