House Soft Washing
Siding collects algae and mildew, worst on the shaded sides of the house. We wash it at low pressure with a detergent matched to the material, so the staining comes off without the color going with it.

The dark streaks on a roof are algae rather than dirt, and they hold moisture against the shingles. We treat it at low pressure and let the chemistry do the work.
What's included
- Chemistry at low pressure and never force, which is what keeps the granules on the shingle
- We never use high pressure on a roof. It strips the granules that protect the shingle
- Most roofs look different the same day, and keep clearing for a few weeks after as the rain carries the loosened staining off
- We flush the gutters and check the downspouts while we are up there
Surfaces we clean
Why it's done this way
The wrong method on the right surface is the most expensive mistake in this trade, and the homeowner is the one who pays for it. We match pressure and chemistry to the material in front of us, every time. If a surface on your property should not be cleaned at all, we will tell you that too.
Every job comes with a written scope and a fixed price before we start, and we walk the finished work with you before we load the truck.

Driveway & Hardscape
Concrete and pavers hold dirt in a way that shows, especially against a clean house. A rotary surface cleaner works the whole slab evenly, instead of the striping a wand leaves behind.

Decks, Porches & Fencing
Wood needs a gentler approach than concrete. We clean it at a pressure it can actually take, then use a brightener to pull the color back toward where it started.
